When it comes to life, it’s easy to feel like you’re loosing control. Be it drama, getting overwhelmed or just getting too busy. We never want life to get more difficult than it has to be but things pile up and we may let things fall apart. What can you do when you notice this is happening to you? Let’s refresh.

Know Your Worth

It’s important that you know who you are and what you deserve. To know your worth is to know what you will and will not accept from others, from life, and from yourself. It means to be confident that you’re deserving of the life you want to live. In order to reject bad energy, we have to start somewhere. Get to know yourself. Accept yourself. Build yourself.

Let Go

Free yourself of what doesn't serve you. Whether its relationships, materials, beliefs, etc. Really reflect on your well-being and take note of what makes you feel anything other than good. Once you do that and you’re honest about the things you can let go of- simplify your life.

Set Clear Boundaries

Focus on your relationship with others and yourself. You need to set clear boundaries when it comes to what you accept into your life and how you allow yourself to operate. Ask yourself, “What are my boundaries? What are my standards? Do I hold myself accountable to these limitations? Do I hold other people accountable?” Know your limits, and understand your expectations.

Create Better Habits

Hold yourself accountable. Dismiss whatever habits/qualities that cause you to fuel toxic behavior and negative patterns. Create new goals, new habits and act on them. What kind of lifestyle do you want to live? What do you need to do to achieve that? What can you improve on? Working on creating better habits for yourself will add the needed structure you need.
